Our menu aims to showcase & use what is considered sustainable: bivalves, seaweed, some crustaceans and when possible locally caught fish. Many of the ingredients featured have been foraged for by us in around the coast.

SUSTAINABLE COASTAL BISQUE

A rich, warm & comforting coastal bisque made w/ fresh seafood stock, local wine & brandy w/ a selection of fresh sustainable & arguably carbon negative seasonally available ingredients such as;

 Fresh local crab, clams, winkles, cockles, whelks, scallops, buttery foraged sea spinach, seaweeds, sea aster & sea purslane w/ Kent grown saffron aioli

Served w/ crisp sourdough baguettes & butter

DESSERT

Carrageen Margate honey pudding w/ poached Alexanders, forced rhubarb & crunchy oats
