
We have been foraging for years in the South East of England and beyond for produce to pepper our menus with; seasonal ingredients at the height of their lives. We forage because it encourages us to explore the land, taking us out of our comfort zones and provides us with nourishment, whilst opening up channels into our ancestral past.
