THE LOCATION
Our favourite location and a dreamy spot. The sauna & dining space is set on a precipice looking down into a forest near Faversham, Kent. On arrival, you’ll walk past plum, apple, quince & walnut trees and may spot large birds of pray, rabbits, pheasant and even the occasional deer. It’s a short walk from the local train station which is on average 1.5 hours from London Victoria when travelling by car or train.
THE SAUNA
Hand built by us using local larch, chestnut & oak. We use these locally harvested woods in the sauna stove and infuse dousing water with foraged woodland aromatics. Salt rubs and plant whisks are provided for you to stimulate your skin and nerve endings with whilst ice-cold foraged herbal waters and aquavit tantalise your insides!
THE MEAL
After your sauna, you’ll sit down to a delicious, seasonal meal that reflects its surroundings. We forage, source & prepare wild & locally bought ingredients into delicious dishes that convey the flavours of the surroundings.
THE BOOK SHELF
We have a bookshelf full of sauna, land, coast & plant related books for you to browse whilst in between saunas.

We had such an incredible sauna and wild food feast on the beach in Margate. We booked out all of the tickets for my friend’s hen do and it was the perfect day. The sauna is beautifully crafted and we had so much fun dashing in and out of the sea. The food was absolutely superb and we have been craving it ever since. A seriously memorable day and unforgettable experience. We will be back - thank you SO much!New List Item

Hi Mike, Thank you again for a great day and experience, we both thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the day. Great sauna and cold wild swimming experience with Andrew to encourage and guide us - I loved the salt scrubs too that was a really nice touch. AMAZING food - it really was a feast and the warm table is a great idea. The whole day felt very chilled and laid back. Left feeling lighter and happier from such an exhilarating day., Best wishes, Jemma

Thanks so much for the incredible sauna experience yesterday! It’s such a beautiful winning formula and every single thing you served up was sensational. Can’t stop thinking about all of it and how fresh and delicious all the flavours were. It was a primo Margz experience that I’ll treasure xx

Overland is a farm. The land is a mixture of field, wooden walkways and gravel tracks. It is undulating and steeply sloped in places. Unfortunately the site is not wheelchair friendly.
